Hellyers Road Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky Tasting

Recent winners of Best Australian Single Malt at the World Whisky Awards, and the highest rated Whisky at our Australian Whisky Show in Melbourne, Hellyers Road is a Tasmanian distillery you can’t afford to not be paying attention to right now. We’re excited to present a tasting of four expressions of their spirit, alongside delicious canapes from our friends at Kittyhawk.

After a Hellyers Road Single Malt cocktail on arrival, we’ll be tasting:

• 12yr Original
• 15yr Slightly Peated
• 14yr Peated Master Series Single Cask
• Henry’s Legacy No. 8 - Levens Gateway, Oloroso Cask

Join us for drinks specials and more whisky fun in the bar afterwards. Kittyhawk is a Sydney Whisky Week partner venue, and offers an incredible selection of artisan spirits, including several ornate decanters holding house blends of the pairing that started it all, Rum & Rye.
