Manly Spirits “Coastal Stone” Elements Whisky Tasting

The best whiskies speak to the place that they are made, and Manly Spirits “Coastal Stone” Single Malt Whiskies are unmistakably Australian, and have been actively influenced by the elements of the Sydney coast during maturation. Their recently released “Element Series” is the first release of Whisky from the distillery, which is made up of a collection of five different cask expressions, all sourced from Australian wineries (except for Expression No.2 Bourbon Cask). This unique opportunity to try all five expressions with nibbles provided by Grain Bar is a must for Aussie Whisky fans, and is an exciting peek into the future of Manly Spirits Coastal Stone Whisky.

• No.1 Sherry
• No.2 Bourbon
• No.5 Port
• A cocktail with No.3 Pinot Cask

The team at Grain Bar are bringing their expertise with a cocktail on arrival then charcuterie and sharing plates throughout the tasting. As Bar Manager Adam Lau says, “the humble grain is a hero in every drink and dish at Grain Bar”, and their cocktails, food, and whisky list highlights that vision.
